PRT Time?

Sorry to bother anyone, but what is PRT time? I have tried google and nothing comes up. The PRTA event says 1900 PRT for training, so if I'm in Eastern Time (New York) what time would it be?

It's in Military time I think...

But it's in Sweeden Time zone.., I don't know tho.

PRT is GMT plus one hour at the moment.

PRT = Project Reality Time, used back in the days in Project Reality Tournament (PRT). I'm sure wikipedia has a full-blown article about that somewhere...

PRT or Project Reality Time is set to UTC a fixed constant timezone it does not deviate with daylight savings.
