Mec combat engie removing mines

Description:
In 1.3ish when removing mines you could see in the bottem left as well as an audible cue when removing mines, This isn't the case in 1.4

Steps to Reproduce:
muttrah city, std. std combat engine, removing enemy mine.

Video Settings (if needed):
Everything on low or off, LOD on.

Was able to reproduce the bug. It works fine the first time, but when doing the same thing with the other team, the bug happens like the video shows.
