Unable to even launch the game

When I try to launch the game, I get an error that says: we cannot link to the game.

Does somebody know what that means ?

Btw: I am running the latest version of PR, everything is updated.

Are you sure you have not moved your PR installation somehow ?

Please provide basic information such as what Operating System you have.
