wow that reminds me of something like SQUAD layout tbh..
haven't seen this map in awhile though.

I would assume that militia can fortify positions prior to the marines or something?

I thnik it should at least have Humvees and Technicals as in 1.3, wtf. Asad Khal, Tad Sae, Gaza, Op. Ghost Train, Korengal and Fallujah are 1km too so what? You want all the vehicles to be removed from these maps too? Gaza and Falujah actually have freaking tanks and Gaza even 2, lol.

Yes I agree with Casualty, but we should only add 1 or 2 Cobra's, and 4 hueys so we don't have to walk 300 meter to the first objective...

On a serious note: A humvee and a .50 call technicall could be fun IMO.

good thing that BMP got removed while it was fun to use it around but not that useful.... but why spg techi and humvees got removed !?

im 70% sure that the alternative layout or something has the MK19, two M2HB, a logi / two logi, two troop trans humvees, one troop trans | 2 dskh techhie, 1 spg techie, 1 bmp-1 w/ atgm, 1 logi, 1 troop trans.

unless something extremely radical changed...
even 1 KM is ridiculous for 1 truck, cause it's competence comes down to whoever gets it first.

sorry for disappointing you but there is no Alt layout for this map.... check the map Gallery here: PR Map Gallery

you can argue that the area is like a hill and mountain side or doesn't have enough space for trucks and hummve to move around perfectly ! but that doesn't mean you need to remove everything in it and leave just one logi !

how about adding a transport truck for both sides ? if you still wanna keep it as an infy map only !

and i rarely see this map in map votes and soon nobody will play on it...

idk why the retro maps didn't make it for PvP, instead we get map's like this...

also what happen to AREA attack option ? im sure everybody knows how hard it is to attack the bunkers when they are occupied by the enemy !

During Patch 1.2 I rushed up the road with the up armoured Mk19 and killed all the logi and trans trucks coming out of mil main at the start of the match.

When the map had an LAV it was retarded.

Part of the issue is that Mestia feels more battlefield 2 then Project Reality now. *Most of the other maps make it look god awful.

this is 1 of my fav map .
its a very fun map with very cool situations when you attacking the bunkers or that compound on the down left .
to bad hummves got removed .
now its just map that no one want to play
because walking is not that fun

Probably 1 or 2 .50 cal vehicle would not hurt the gameplay, as a .50 cal does not make the same damage of anything heavier (even a 14.5) against INF

And because of how the map is made, the vehicle would be forced to go in certain areas anyway...
