Qwai River bleed flags

Description:
Mine Facility causes US to bleed when its not suppose to.

Steps to Reproduce:
Load up Qwai river, Get this flag layout, cap mine facility etc.

Screenshots / Video:

Tested On:
Qwai cq inf

Video Settings (if needed):
Everything on low or off, LOD off.

Side note. Im pretty sure the flag is supposed to be called mining facility...

Project Reality Map Gallery

Route 1 and Route 2 both use the flag but its the first flag only on route 1
