PC crashed cant update PR from 1.41 onwards

PC crashed cant update PR from 1.41 onwards

My pc died and all data with it. I dl'ed the 1.41 torrent upgraded to 1.42 and then it wont let me update past that version. Every time I launch I crash. Plz help
