1004:Error connecting to server (10060)

Hi everyone, I have this problem since the last update.. Any solution? I've tried this SOLUTION but it doesn't work... The message appears when i try to login or when i try to recover an account.

I have the same problem. I even played a round this morning and now I can't use my account anymore or make a new one.

For me the posted solution also doesn't help.

P.S. I use windows 10

For me the game is working again. Don't know what the problem was or what I did to fix it.
