PR Server Hosting Service?

This question has surely been asked many times in the past, so I apologize for asking it again, I only do so because I have not been able to find any good information on the topic.

My clan (Tiger Platoon http://tigerplatoon.com) is looking for the possibility to have our own training server. We used PRTA's private training server in the past, but some things on it has changed so we are no longer able to utilize it properly.

I just wanted to hear if anyone of you know of a service (Virtual Private Server maybe?) that could provide hosting for such a server for us, and once we have that we could apply for a license. If anyone who perhaps is already running a PR server could let us know of such a service, that would be great, thanks.

Addendum:

I've heard that PRTA uses hetzner.de as their host, but would like to know the minimum specifications required to run a PR server, if anyone knows?

Damn, just saw this. I'm pretty sure that PRTA does use hetzner. From what I know the minimum specifications aren't that stringent. You should check it out, however just make sure that they have taken measures to prevent server failure, as that is what happened to my clan a few months ago haha. Good luck
