Fallujah West (Possibly more) DShK Deployables Bug

Since v1.4.10 we (on PRTA Modern Conflict) have witnessed a bug (so far only on FW).

The bug is as follows:

Insurgents build their first FOB, anywhere, and place a DShK emplacement.

After doing this, neither teams can build anything. No FOBs, no deployables. You only get the message 'Try again in a moment'. This takes place anywhere on the map, for the rest of the game.

It does not get fixed if the insurgents destroy that FOB and emplacement.

Will continue to test maps etc.

The issue is not related to the DShk. Its caused by changes to deploying code in general. We will release a fix today for this and other issues.
