Can you check the windows event viewer? A bit information gets logged in there.
Go to Windows Logs->Application and look for entries with event id 1000.
It should look something like this

In windows, go to the Start Menu and type in 'run' and press enter.

Then type in Eventvwr.msc and then press ok.
