Re: Keyboard
I use a Dell KB2521 Keyboard.
Came with a computer. less than $20 I think.
Keys are low profile(huge plus) and dont make too much CLICK CLACK, keys are easy to pop out and pop in.
I saw someone hate on it because the keys faded... not sure what's up with that.
keys faded, if you care, though. after 4+ years the spacebar is beginning to become weak.
if you care, ill list downsides here:
sloppy spacebar after awhile, took maybe 3 years until it began having some problems but I replaced the bar from another broken keyboard and now it's ok.(like i said, really easy to swap keys)
fully faded: a s d b l and enter.
semi faded: ? left-shift w e f c v n m.
im probably gonna use this keyboard for another handful of years.. havent ever had to replace it(aside from spacebar, which will cost you maybe 20 cents if you don't have a spare part lying around.
edit: also i thought I should tell you, this post probably belongs in Off Topic, since it doesn't have much to do with PR.

Re: Keyboard
I use the cheapest keyboard called "defender" that there is and i'm pretty happy with it. Only problem that the keys are a bit on the loud side.
Don't fall fo brand names - keyboardwise one shouldn't care much about quality and stuff as one only needs WASD, space, CTRL, etc.

Re: Keyboard
As long as the keyboard has some sort of anti ghosting (4 or more keys) functionality it should be fine.

Re: Keyboard
Been using a Fujitsu Siemens from '99 for 10 years now, it works like charm. It was like 20$
Multiple water/coffee spills, not a single malfunction.
Don't buy a gaming keyboard , it's waste of money, mostly marketing B's.
