inability to play offline

Hello guys, since new update im having very strange problem, when i try to play offline in Coop or in deployment and when loading screen is complate and i go to map, there are no any bot tickets on map and the time that is located next to ticket counter simpley doesnot says anything, it jjust empty space instead of timer.
so how do i solve it? anyone had a same problem?
