What happened to some of the older voices(for commo rose)

For example, in these versions when you say "vehicle is on the way" as USMC/USA-F
the member says "I copy, a vehicle is oscar mike."
prior to this, in previous versions the member said "Affirmative, a vehicle is on the way."

There are multiple voice lines per commo rose, so why doesn't this apply to the one I just stated?
