(Been 6-7 years) Does the standalone download come with mumble?

The last time I was fully able to play and enjoy this game was about 6 or 7 years ago, and I have missed the game like crazy, but I am completely out of the loop in terms of the standalone version of the game.

Does mumble come with the standalone or does it need to be downloaded and installed separately like I had to do it a long time ago?

Mumble is included in the install
