Alright it's been a while. I read PRTA had some changes recently, let's see if that is reflected in feedback. Re-opened. Same rules apply.

had some major intentional team killing day before yesterday.

Player named ManPride and some arab (can't recall the name) but I heard them talking each other. Sat in US base in Fallujah, team had no FOBs and guys just shot at everyone. You spawned, you received a bullet..

no, you'll be using this one. A bit of history to keep in mind won't hurt.

When doing mapvotes and they get two with the same amount of votes, maybe do a second vote. And a map like falklands is bad enough, but when admin led squads go 5 grids away from flags to fight jets (on the inf layer). Yeah.

And please, balance by moving some players from time to time.

The person who did that wasnt an admin, he was a leader with switch rights, thus he showed up as an admin, when warned, he got annoyed and left the game

Burning Sands, The Falklands and 3 maps following Falklands (I was watching them from prspy) was most unbalanced rounds I played/have seen for a while. 3-4 clans/friend groups on one side (while none on the opposite side), resulting in kills going 60 to 10-15 when I checked it.

Also if you set assets maps you should make sure both teams have "qualified personal" to man them, so the round doesn't end in 20 minutes (happend 2-3 days ago on Kashan Desert - not sure which server).

Overall, unpleasant evening.

Again, people join the server and expect balanced teams, this and that, their asses wiped and food on the table. What happened to PR jesus christ.

Is it so hard to provide the things they're asking for though?

Balancing a server is as easy as switching 1 clan on 1 team for a shit squad on the other....

Its all very well requesting these things, but when you're the only admin on the server, trying to lead a squad, its not always possible to see and react to everything. We're only human and have a shortage of admins. If you want to see improvements, feel free to apply as admin.

Had a !swapteams done last night when squads were already made = instant squadbug and dead server. Inform the admins to not do it after say, 2:05.

Admins on the previous saaremaa inf round were spamming an incredibly large amount of !s commands, with messages not related to the game at all, as well as making "funny" mapvotes.

Agreed. Did not play that Saaremaa round, but when admins were around there was a lot of !s going on. Even for things like talking to other admins. The rounds when admins were busy with the event were quite nice tho.

About what time and date was this and what map / layer was it played on? I wasn't around for the weekend.

Should be pretty easy to find in the logs. Search adminlog for SAY and look at the most recent ones.
