Al Basrah INS using Blufor RHIB?

Was wondering if this was a bug or an intentional implementation by the DEVs. While watching a battlerecorder on Al Basrah an INS player jumped into a BLUFOR RHIB. IDK maybe its not actually a BLUFOR RHIB or if its just a neutral team RHIB but if it is a real implementation it doesn't exactly make sense for an INS to have a RHIB with an M60 mg mount.

Can the correct MG RHIBs be added to every map once and for all?

Might not be assigned to a team un the files, which makes it first come first serve type of deal. Not sure if intentional tho.
