No Servers Listed?

Just freshly installed PR on Windows 8.1 and can't get any servers to list in the menus to join?
I hit update list, nothing comes up. I am on version 1.4.17.0
All anti-virus disabled as well.

I don't have any other BF2.exe on my system as I understand this mod is stand-alone now so I don't need it.

I've scowered reddit and the forums and can't seem to find a resolution. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.


edit: I can create a public server no problem and joined in the game. Just can't seem to populate the server list with the other public servers? Also I see the "Join by IP" option is grayed out so no luck there either, but I saw that was by design.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thx!

You're in offline mode if join IP is grayed out.
