Having trouble installing the game

So, I've installed the game (1.4.1.0) and I downloaded the updates. Now, when I launch the game launcher, I go into the updater, and once I reach this screen, and then it closes. I'm not sure what to do, I've reinstalled, run as admin, turned off anti-virus, run in compatibility mode for older Windows versions, restarted... Can anyone help me here?

Before reinstall did you deleted Project Reality folder in My documents ?
