RPK shorter set up time

Has anyone noticed the extended amount of time it takes for a deployed RPK to reach optimal accuracy? I know its a somewhat bulky cumbersome weapon compared to an assault rifle, but compared to contemporary LMG's it should be the quickest of the lot to deploy, whenever i've used one as an insurgent (can't speak for the RPK-74) I've noticed it taking an unusually long time to set up, especially considering its just a glorified AK with an extra KG of weight at the end of the day. Just a slight problem I noticed.

It's already an extremely effective laser weapon. It's fine.
