Very old known bug.
Try restarting your computer, usually means mumble is not working.
If you are running Windows 8 - 10, then you would need to do a full restart.
Press Windows Key and R. Type in cmd and press enter.
Then type in shutdown /r /t 0 and that will do a full restart which will take longer to start than the usual hybrid shutdown but will clear the memory.
If it still doesn't work, check your audio drivers and update them.
