SMAW kit backup sight bug

Bug: when switching from a backup sight to another weapon and aim. The animation will go to the scope and the screen will become black.(well not completely - you see something..) https://i.imgur.com/PgUbgFc.jpg

Recreate: Take smaw kit.
select rangefinder
select backup sights(doesn't have to aim in)
chose one of the other heat or HE
aim
black screen

What I've noticed:
- It seems like it's only when the 'B' is the first thing when selecting the weapon
- It seems fine when switching between the shells(but not the rangefinder)
- switching sights back and forth one time, will fix the black, but it will still bug when switching weapon
- switching to any other thing without backup sights doesn't fix it, if the backup was the last thing you used(it will be default)

tested on RPX training server, saarema alt 23rd november. USMC side.
