The insurgents is brought out of their cells to have a chance at their freedom! Not so easy as it sounds, though. Between them and freedom stands a group of lethal IDF soldiers with orders to kill on sight.
Choose your side in the hunt - join the hunted to have a shot at your freedom or join the hunters on a power trip like no other, with thrilling experience guaranteed on both sides!
Rules & Objectives
The task is really simple. The prisoners need to hide throughout the map in any location they want. The hunters need to seek the prisoners and hunt them down.
Players can volunteer to be hunters and they are picked by the gamemasters at an approximate ratio of 1 hunter for 10 criminals. They start the hunt from the centre of the map or another specified location, dependant on gamemastering and type of manhunt. Hunters may only use unscoped rifleman kits and must be present in PRTA Discord (http://discord.prta.co). Vehicles may be used for transportation purposes, unless specified otherwise.
Prisoners must drop their kits immediately upon spawning and hide anywhere they want in the map. No vehicles may be used by prisoners. Both teams can respawn.
The event does not feature sign-ups of any kind. Gamemaster's requests should be respected at all times. Not complying with the rules is a kickable offense and is detrimental to the enjoyment of others.
Only the standard PRTA Server Rules are in effect, so the outcome is completely in the hands of you.
We are starting with Asad Khal first as an exciting warm up, it should be really fun since it's a small map, then switching to Gaza to heat things up. IDF are the hunters on both maps. 3rd map will be Beirut, the hunters being russians and having CAS choppers available.
The hunters will start the hunt right away when the prisoners get released.
The event will not be limited to one round per map.
New tweaks and updates
- You no longer have to go to the same point, you can hide wherever you want in the map and pray not to get killed by the hunters, so it's a hide and seek manhunt!
- The round timer is going to be set to 40 minutes, any survivors that survives the 40 minutes are winners.
- The updated damage model from our One Life event is going to be used; meaning the survivors will need to be more cautious about their health.
- The updated stamina model from our One Life is also going to be used, keep that in mind and save your energy.
- The respawn timer is set to be longer than usual to prevent issues back in main and for a better experience.
- When you die you as a survivor, switch to the hunters team and you can respawn as a hunter immediately.
