Blocked file during update

When trying to update my PR to v1.4.18 at around 97% it says that 61:Access to path denied (dbghelp.dll).And it won't let me finish the update.

I’ve tried to reinstall multiple times and it still hasn’t fixed the problem do I need to wait for 1.5 to come out?

Patch won't solve it. Fix your permissions, disable your anti virus, run as admin.
