(it doesn't looks difficult)

Do not see here any thing to laugh on, not that i would care about it anymuch.
You can disable spread, even in multiple ways. But only for yourself(offline profile) incase you'll just mod the game:
1. Open PRFOLDER/mods/pr/content/objects_weapons_server.zip
2. Navigate to \weapons\common\deviation\handheld
3. Open all .tweak files with you favorite vi\VS2019 text editor
4. Change ObjectTemplate.deviation.minDev values everywhere to 0.0
5. Save, repack, test ingame.

Program above is a trololo interface to my personal live-tweak mod where i do everything above directly in game memory. Code is too dirty to be worth posted here on forums through :p

assetruler69: I've seen things you smurfs wouldn't believe. Apaches on the Kashan. I watched burned down tank hulls after the launch of the single TOW. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Time to give up and respawn.

game crashing on match loading
Are standart windows 10 zipping wrong for packing?
Or is some other reason i can fix?
Edited file: https://yadi.sk/d/hD5HzQFt3QcvMx

Noticed that changed values to 0 instead of 0.0 , possibly its the reason, unpurposely deleted wrong archieve, need to reinstall game for check

In case of any errors, run game in windowed 800x600 mode, it will display where error is.

Also idk why you decided to touch objects_common_server.zip when i specified objects_weapons_server.zip.

Weapons accuracy, explained - Battlefield SinglePlayer Forum
Incase bfsp forums will go down earlier than ours :p
ObjectTemplate.deviation.setFireDev # # # //the max deviation you can get from firing//how much is added for every shot//how much is removed (each frame?)
ObjectTemplate.deviation.minDev # //the minimum deviation the weapon can have
ObjectTemplate.deviation.setTurnDev # # # # //max//add-pitch//add-yaw//how much is removed (each frame?)
ObjectTemplate.deviation.setSpeedDev # # # # //max//add-forward//add-strafe//how much is removed (each frame?)
ObjectTemplate.deviation.setMiscDev # # # //max//add-jump//how much is removed (each frame?)
ObjectTemplate.deviation.devModStand # //how much your deviation is effected (multiplied?) by standing
ObjectTemplate.deviation.devModCrouch # //how much your deviation is effected (multiplied?) by crouching
ObjectTemplate.deviation.devModLie # //how much your deviation is effected (multiplied?) by laying down
ObjectTemplate.deviation.devModZoom # //how much your deviation is effected (multiplied?) by zooming/aiming
