It's been a few years since I last played PR so I thought I'd download again. I've just downloaded a 5GB game on Steam in about 20 minutes but PR is showing me that it'll take between 15-20 hours to download 7.6GB.
Does anyone have any help on this?

Your ISP might be throttling torrents.

I don't usually use torrents so I thought I'd try the iso. Could that be the issue?

Try the torrent. It should be able to do your max download speed; there're a lot of dedicated seeders.
