I have anything from 8 to 11 players joining a server at once, I do not have the luxury nor do I have the tools at my disposal to consider server balance, I choose the team we can all easily get on period. As for stacking 16 players on one side, again, we are two separate PRT squads pubbing independently of one another. We both, perhaps, joined on Fallujah Insurgency and both assumed it would be easier to get our squad over to Insurgents but the first I knew of Fizz being on the server was him contacting me over SL comms on Muttrah.
And as pointed out elsewhere the Kozelsk round where the bizarre decision to switch Fizzco's squad without even asking them was made when we were both on separate teams.
