I have encountered a bug recently when placing IEDs on Insurgent faction after placing the IED no detonator is supplied rendering the IED useless. This bug is inconsistent and seems to have cleared up for me but one of my friends has never recieved a phone/detonator from an IED.
I assumed before that it was client side for him until it started for me. Anyone got any information on this?
