HAT kit bugs

Found 2 glitches :
First: there is a missing sound on Poland RPGs that have scope after putting in the rocket (like safety button )
Second: When switching ranges with BUIS OF SMAW you’ll get a black screen because the view goes like inside the weapon

The SMAW should not even have adjustable sights in BUIS. Thanks for report.
