FPS Problems in high end system!

Im still getting 10-20fps even on the lowest settings !

Specs

i7 700k 4.2Ghz
GTX 1080 ti
32GB ddr4
1TB HDD
256 SSD

plz fix :-| :-| :-|

I have almost the exact same specs and get 80-100 fps on average. The problem is on your end. Are you getting normal performance in other games?

Yeah, BF1 1080p Ultra, 300-400fps

Try installing the newest directx9 runtime.

Installing directx work !!! thank you,now i get 150-200 fps !! this game community is awesome!

Lol, I know your computer is probably among the best currently availabe, but still.. 150-200 FPS... Holy shit....

The human eye "captures" 24 images per second, so all over it can and does not have to.

That's not true at all. Above that number the frames generally get recognized as in motion instead of quickly changing images. But there is a vast difference between 30 and 120 FPS in terms of how fluid and natural the motion appears to the observer, higher framerate equals more information for your eyes that can be processed.

what is this supposed to do ? i downloaded it and there wasn´t really a performance improvement for me
