Commander chat box garbled

Unfortunately I have no idea how to reproduce so just adding this as information here. Commander chat box is unreadable. (Keywords for search: garbled, matrix font, gibberish).

Installed prbf2_1.5.3.2_to_1.5.3.3_client_patch this evening.

and I see same text issue.
