co-op servers error!

Hello guys, before I posted this Thread I tried many ways to solve the problem, but unfortunately I didn't get to the solution at all. My problem is that when ever I start a single-player (co-op) (local) sever on my friends PC. I cant join his server from (join local) because the game shows this error which says (you have a newer version than the server) -however we have the same version of the game updated to the last update 1.5.3.3 ..

please help me fix this issue as soon as possible ....

Can he (the host) join other servers?
Is he using an offline profile maybe?

Yes, the host can join all the other servers + online servers, however none of the offline profile or online profile helped me to join his server. Also when I start my own local server and others tries to join me they get a message (you have an older version than the server).

+ the main problem is only with local bots servers, but when I start a (local) online (skirmish-co-op-AAS-etc) servers or my friend do . I and he can join the servers throw the (join IP) option.

Can't find anything that would make bot-servers any different than non-bot servers in that regard.

The person who has the "older" version should make sure his anti-virus isn't blocking stuff, and do not use offline accounts when playing with eachother.
