i cant create profile im stuck in in this thing

so my pr got accidentally uninstalled so i instealled it again yesterday it was working fine tho but now whenever i click the play button it doesnt launch anything ive been waiting for almost 25mins and im still stuck so i thought what if i delete the profile and retrieve my acc so did that but it does the same thin im stuck and when i try to X the thingy it says "are you sure you want to cancel the initial setup wizard?" HERES WHAT IT SAYS
