Commander Screen text bug

Was playing commander on the new Dovre map and noticed the text in the bottom left box was garbled.



Haven't seen it on other maps as commander, or at least didn't notice/remember it.

I have:
-FX8350 8-core cpu
-2xHD5770 Graphics cards
-8GB RAM
-Win7-64bt
