Simple fixes for Al Basrah unbalance

Makes sense. There's already the PKM and Grail pick-up kits at some flags, which become unaccessible by the Insurgents once the US takes 'em, like you're saying. Adding the RPGs and SVDs as pick-ups would work in the same way.

I dont find it unbalanced when playing with a good commanded and squad-led team. It requires teamplay and strict assignment of duties to win as allied..
