Map gallery: Click on flags for name

In the old PRT map viewer you could click on a flag to get the name of the flag and its cap radius in a little tooltip, add to new one pls. Useful for a variety of raisins.

Eventually we might increase the level of information to help mappers debug some maps.

This being said, I don't really see that many reasons to add the flag's name (radius is already present), except being able to refer one without saying a grid.

Knowing the map names is essential to planning in the PR Tournament to both COs and SLs who need to know the flag name they're supposed to go to.

Any sort of discussion that involves flags/flag routes is made immediately more awkward without being able to quickly look up what a flag's name is. This obviously applies to the PRT, but also to general discussions surrounding maps and AAS routes, and not forgetting just making casual conversation surrounding the game a lot easier when you can say "Oh yeh we were holding the T on X flag".

Availability of information isn't a bad thing.
