Remove AKM from NVA LAT
Next to no AKMs were shipped to Vietnam before the 70s. They're especially anachronistic for Ia Drang or most battles involving the US really.

Agreed, I've always thought the NVA with AKM's was a weird decision AK-47's and Type-57's were all they had as far as AK variants, the RPK I can understand as just a place holder for the RPD.

Except they did have AKM's just not in the timeframe Ia Drang happened. This is a bad suggestion since you would have to remove half the shit from US Army, USMC and the UK from all the Iraq and Afghan mapswaldov wrote:Agreed, I've always thought the NVA with AKM's was a weird decision AK-47's and Type-57's were all they had as far as AK variants, the RPK I can understand as just a place holder for the RPD.

AKMs didn't crop up in any quantity until the 70s when we were withdrawing.BroCop wrote:Except they did have AKM's just not in the timeframe Ia Drang happened. This is a bad suggestion since you would have to remove half the shit from US Army, USMC and the UK from all the Iraq and Afghan maps
Falklands has accurate equipment, and that's what they were trying with PR Vietnam with what was available.
