BMP-3 for the MEC has no thermals, but according to wiki UAE has it with namut thermals.

I think it was removed around 1.4 or 1.3.5, can't remember the reason.

There have been tons of discussions regarding this, and Devs last word was that those thermals are not implemented on Russian army, and the infrared optics are just shitty passive systems, or smth like that.

Search it up on the forum, shouldn't be hard to find.
