[COOP] Assault on Grozny - Medic healing Problem

Description:
When playing COOP Layout of "Assault on Grozny" (done on the server [PR v1.5.4.5] VETERANS-GAMING COOP), healing bleeding comrades and myself is randomly not possible.
This did not only happen to me but to a friend playing at the same time on the same server multiple times already, and after writing it into the game chat, it turned out that some more medics in different squads had the problem, but somehow not everyone.
Further, I noticed that it seemed to work when using an enemy kit, but never with the own ones, either no respawning or reconnecting helped.

Steps to Reproduce:
Well, obviously playing "Assault on Grozny" as medic, probably only in COOP, I have not played player vs player lately.

Tested On:
Assault on Grozny [COOP], VETERANS-GAMING COOP, [PR v1.5.4.5]

Sorry about that. Happens with the Russian Ziptie Alt SP Medic kit. It's fixed for 1.5.5
