Squad leader icon is missing

ive been paying since 0.83 and i have never had this problem. it seems to be getting more and more frequent. the big squad leader icon is missing on the map; not sure about the ingame one.

Dramatic increase in the last couple of weeks in SL icon missing for me. Couple days ago could hardly go one round without at least one SL icon missing.

I think the problem is in the icon files.
Some years ago I started to work with my coop mod, based on PR, and got the same problem when I started to use the PR icons.
It can be just because of large number of icons, or it can be the engine bug with tga/dds format.
What can disappear:
- The side flags (one ot both), but not the neutral flag
- All flags
- The SL icon (with number), but not the arrow

I've experienced the same in FH2. SL icons and flags disappear from the map and you can only fix it by restarting the game.

Perhaps this only occured with CMP maps, unsure.
