1.5.5.1 Coop Deployed assets seen as vehicle

After the last update of PR to 1.5.5.1, Squad leader in coop is able to deploy HMG, tow, motor, Anti air; however these assets are not able to be used. Screen when black and the message "You cannot operate this vehicle position" was displayed up for the players using the asset. message was the same for all kits tried.

Coop Servers tested:
GDO, Canned CatFood and local.

Maps tried:
Muttrah, co op std and alt
Kashan co op std
Ramiel co op std
Al Bassra co op inf

Problem was confirmed by two other players on GDO, they also could not use the deployed assets receiving the same message.
