Honestly making pr ww2 in regular PR:BF2 not making any sense i mean it will not be playble as much as The Regular one and Most of servers will not take care of it what i mean is making PR WW2 sperated it will be Pretty much good and everyone even new people will know that there is PR ww2 or there is a 2nd option that is making servers specially for ww2 and that's will awsome

That's up to the community . But I can imagine there will be servers that run "historical" maps, so WW2, Vietnam and Falklands.

I think the equipment should be changed just a little bit:

-I think the STG44 should be like an Elite Rifleman kit or something that you get from a crate

-Pointmen should have SMGs, w/alts as rifles. I think max 2 SMGs per squad is an acceptable amount for WW2.

-German Army MG should just be the MG34 w/no alt. Or the Alt should be MG30(t) or a drum fed MG42 (shorter clip than MMG version)

-German Para MG should have MG34 w/ alt being the FG42.

-German Para SL should have MP40 w/ alt G43

-Idk if the US LAT kit has a bazooka from the image, but I think they should have AT grenades instead and the Bazooka reserved for the HAT kit

The US paras def used Gammon Bombs in Normandy. The problem that I see with US AT is that there really was no squad AT weapon. There was usually one two-man bazooka team per platoon, but there could be more depending on allocations from the company command. I just feel if every US squad were to have a bazooka, they would have a significant AT advantage over the Germans, which historically should have the AT advantage cuz of panzerfausts.

Yeah. Very nice news! It will be a good update. Especially new maps. I really like the map "Brécourt Assault". In vehicles must be great the model of "Panzer VI Tiger Ausf. H2".

Was in the works long time ago with Iwo Jima as main map. Currently no longer in the works but who knows one day
