Rally Points

Sometimes rally points can be deployed but immediately disappear because they get overrun. The overrun penalty is 5 minutes so I think the deployment/overrun distance checks can be offset to reduce this occurrence.

Doesn't sound like a bug, don't place rally points so close to the enemy? This sounds more like a suggestion, post it in the appropriate forum for that.
