How do I fix the IDF M4 and TAR optics?

I'm not playing on terribly low settings, but I did lower some options down for better performance, the consequence is that the TAR-21 and M4A1 optics when playing for the Israelis are a bright blue color and it's really hard to see through them. I watched some gameplay on youtube and there I saw that for them it was clear like it should be, so it's not an intentional feature.
In short, does anyone know which video option I need to mess around with to fix this?

They're blue and kinda hard to see through for everyone.

appllicaiton-controlled should be selected in relevant nvidia/ATI control panel and the value selected under (in-game) PR main menu Options > video > 2, 4 or 8x.
