Cdkey Not Valid

I was able to play before the update to 1.5.1.0. I updated the game today and I get same error on all servers. Your CD-key is not valid.

Does anyone know of a FIX? :

Yesterday playing 1.5.1 after having network issues and getting disconnected, I am not able to connect and get this message aswell. Tried https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f27-pr ... valid.html no help.

Creating a new (same email addy even) login worked! Deleting/ reactivating the old account doesn't help.

edit: I am on Win7 64

So touly had this problem. He changed to an older account and then it was fixed.

Would be nice to get a substantial fix and not a workaround by activating old accounts.

Can confirm it still happens on some servers for me.

I also still have this problem on 1.5.2

Clearing all the cache/reset options in the launcher does not work

Reinstalling client does not work

Creating a new Profile does not work

Disabling firewall does not work (my computer has an internet facing IP assigned, starting with 109)

It seems I can join servers with the Burning Sands map, and Sahel-BETA. Kerbala does not work.

Is this issue map related?

Got the same problem with a friend of mine (he's not confident with his English to post here). It looks like he and another guy who plays on the same server just have the same CD key hash (others servers are fine). Any DEV can take a glimpse at this problem? I know the hash is hardware locked, and any proper method of changing it must be confidential, because of evading bans and so forth, but is there any fix to it?

So yeah, tried uninstalling the game, cleaning Documents, the registry, etc as much as I could find, reinstalled. Still the same issue 'CD Key is not valid'.

Any update on this guys?

Hellos All,

I ran into this issue earlier; as in if you try to join a "Deployment" server, you receive a notification stating that "Your CD-Key is not valid" or something like that to some extent.

I had attempted everything mentioned in this thread and still had the same results.

BUT after reinstalling, trying to join a "Deployment" server once more and again getting the same message, I tried something else. I then joined a "CO-OP" server, loaded in, left and attempted to join a "Deployment" server. It worked. Hope this helps someone out.

I got two computer on a same network and they have same Hardware Key, so I can't play it together with my brother on same server.

Are you trying to connect to the same server from 2 different PCs?
