Side guns have infinite magazines. You still have to reload, but the number on the bottom right (2) never goes down. Tested on backseat gun.

I thought that was weird that I couldn't find a WZ551 on Fools Road 
Fixed for v1.6.
It actually has 7 Magazines with 30 bullets in each, but the hud settings weren't set to show magazines in hud so now it shows 6 instead of 1.
