More info on Silent Eagle paratrooping?

I think the version of the map I'm looking for is AAS Large. I tried to find it by creating my own local server but all I see are the infantry, alt and standard versions. If its really removed, then why? I only found out about it by watching a video, it seems interesting and I notice there are alot of parachute spawn points . By creating a server I see that I can be a paratrooper on standard and alt versions(not sure about inf) but only in the beginning of the match and there aren't a lot of parachute points. Is the beginning the only time the parachute spawn points are open?And do they reopen at any other time in the map?
