Will this ever be fixed? If not, is it possible to change the current only possible 'move' order to 'observe' instead because every time a squad leader places any order marker the character also says "move to this location" which confuses players.

How was this fixed? At various points in time I've also witnessed other changes without seeing a game launcher update.

We can change stuff server-side and it makes them global
