Must have a mic to load the game.
Hey, as some of you notice, many players don't have a microphone and in my opinion it's ruining the game, I don't see a reason a player would be able to load the game without a mic, people like those should go play call of duty not PR... so how about making a working microphone a term to load the game ?

There are multiple ways to easily fool the game to think you have a microphone. So such a system wouldn't even solve the problem. Neither does having a microphone mean that the player will actually use it, speak the language of the server or has the intelligence to actually use the mic for good reasons and not to spam nonsense.
Many of our players also play offline vs bots or have other use-cases for starting PR. Such as me, when modding it I don't usually have a headset or microphone plugged in.
So in general, I get your point. But that is not a solution. What is a solution is good admins and squadmembers/leaders that have the patience to teach our new players that having a microphone is a benefit to the game and themselves and don't instantly kick people without microphones.
