Coop maps Vehicles spawns on Russian Ship

The spawn points on the russian ship are wrong, helicopters spawn inside of the ship or outside directly to the water, the comander post spawn on the air 10m over the ship, Saarema and Vadso City coop maps have issues with that, Beirut not tested.
