If devs want this to happen, and let there even be a remote chance of this happening, wounded and dead players must be able to write in chat.So in general, I get your point. But that is not a solution. What is a solution is good admins and squadmembers/leaders that have the patience to teach our new players that having a microphone is a benefit to the game and themselves and don't instantly kick people without microphones.
It is hard to revive someone who doesn't talk/has issues communicating on mumble in some situations, it is close to impossible with players with no mic.
I sometimes try during low peak times to have no mics just to show them around, but the second they die, we lose all ability to speak which makes it pretty futile.
